FAQ

What age is the 350mL Stainless Steel Vacuum Bottle suitable for?

Recommended for children aged 12 months and up, or toddlers who can confidently drink from a straw.

Can my child drink while lying down?

No. This bottle is designed for drinking while sitting or standing.

What’s the difference between the two straws?

The V-shaped straw requires a gentle bite while sipping, while the cross-cut straw opens with suction and does not require biting.

What if my child can’t get any water from the bottle?

Make sure the straw is securely connected and correctly assembled, and check that the air valve is clean, not stuck together, and free from blockage.

Why is my vacuum bottle leaking?

Check that the silicone sealing ring is properly fitted and sitting flat, and that the lid is securely tightened. Please note that pressure changes inside the bottle may cause a few drops to appear at the straw tip when the lid is opened, especially when warm drinks are used.

Can I use milk or warm drinks? Is there a temperature limit?

The bottle can be used for warm drinks. To help prevent burns, do not allow children to drink directly through the straw when the contents are above 40°C.

How often should I clean it? Can I use a microwave or steam sterilizer?

Disassemble, clean, and thoroughly dry the bottle after each use. Do not use a microwave, dishwasher, dish dryer, or steam sterilizer, and do not boil the bottle. High temperatures may damage the exterior coating and vacuum insulation structure.

Is it dishwasher safe?

No. The bottle’s exterior coating and vacuum insulation structure are not suitable for dishwasher cleaning. Hand wash with a mild detergent, and avoid using steel wool or other abrasive cleaning tools on the inner liner.

Is it normal for a small amount of liquid to remain at the bottom?

Yes. A small amount of liquid may remain when the bottle is nearly empty. Gently tilt the bottle to help reduce any liquid left behind.

How can I reduce odours?

Clean the 316L stainless steel inner liner and silicone straw components promptly after use, and allow all parts to dry completely before reassembly or storage.

Are replacement straws available for purchase?

Yes. Replacement straws are available separately to help extend the life of your bottle.
