How to Use
- Wash all components thoroughly before first use.
- Assemble the straw, sealing ring, and lid correctly before use.
- Fill with water or your child's preferred drink, then securely close the lid.
- The straight straw provides a smooth, uninterrupted drinking flow.
- Always supervise your child while drinking.

Cleaning & Sterilisation
- Disassemble all parts before cleaning.
- Wash thoroughly using warm water and a baby-safe bottle cleanser.
- Use a straw brush to clean the straw and other hard-to-reach areas.
- Rinse thoroughly and allow all parts to dry completely before reassembly.
- Suitable for dishwasher (top rack), steam sterilisation, UV sterilisation, and boiling sterilisation (up to 100°C).

- Always use under adult supervision.
- Inspect all parts before each use and replace worn or damaged components immediately.
- Ensure all parts are correctly assembled and the lid is securely closed before use.
- Inspect the straw and silicone parts regularly and replace if worn or damaged.

What age is the 380mL Straw Bottle suitable for?

Can my child drink while lying down?

No. This bottle is designed for drinking while sitting or standing.

Does my child need to bite the straw to drink?

No. The straight straw allows your child to sip normally without biting, for easy and comfortable drinking.

Is the lid interchangeable with the 380mL Spout Bottle?

Yes. The lids of the 380mL Straw Bottle and 380mL Spout Bottle are interchangeable, allowing you to switch between the two drinking styles.

What if my child can’t get any water from the bottle?

Make sure the straw is securely connected, the straw opening is clean and not blocked, and all parts are assembled correctly. Start with a small amount of water for practice.

Why is my straw bottle leaking?

Check that the silicone straw and sealing ring are properly fitted and sitting flat, the main lid is securely tightened, and the flip-top safety lock is fully closed.

Can I use hot water or warm drinks?

The Tritan™ bottle body is heat resistant up to 100°C. However, warm or hot drinks may build up pressure inside the sealed bottle and cause liquid to splash when opened. For safer drinking, we recommend filling the bottle with drinks at a suitable drinking temperature.

How often should I clean it, and how can it be sterilised?

Clean the cup after each use. Disassemble all removable parts, wash thoroughly, and allow them to dry completely. The cup is suitable for boiling, steam, and UV sterilisation.

Is it dishwasher safe?

Yes. This product is dishwasher safe. Top-rack placement is recommended to keep all parts away from the dishwasher’s heating element.

Is it normal for a small amount of liquid to remain at the bottom?

Yes. A small amount of liquid may remain when the bottle is nearly empty. Gently tilt the bottle to help reduce any liquid left behind.

How can I reduce odours?

Clean all parts promptly after use, especially after milk or other beverages, and allow them to dry completely before reassembly or storage.
