Usage & Care

How to Use
- Wash all components thoroughly before first use.
- Assemble the straw, sealing ring, and lid correctly before use.
- Fill with the preferred drink, then securely close the lid.
- Choose between the straw lid and screw-on lid depending on the user's drinking preference.
- Always supervise young children while drinking.

Cleaning & Sterilisation
- Disassemble all removable parts before cleaning.
- Wash thoroughly using warm water and a baby-safe bottle cleanser.
- Use a straw brush to clean the straw and other hard-to-reach areas.
- Rinse thoroughly and allow all parts to dry completely before reassembly.
- Do not place the insulated bottle body or lid parts in the dishwasher, or sterilise them by boiling, steam, or UV.
The straw can be removed and sterilised separately using boiling, steam, or UV sterilisation. Please refer to the user manual for sterilisation guidelines.

What age is the 380mL Stainless Steel Vacuum Bottle suitable for?

What’s the difference between the two lids?

The straw lid is designed for little ones to drink through the straw, while the screw-on lid allows older children and adults to drink directly from the bottle.

Can my child drink while lying down?

No. This bottle is designed for drinking while sitting or standing.

What if my child can’t get any water from the bottle?

Make sure the straw is securely connected and correctly assembled, and check that the air valve is clean, not stuck together, and free from blockage.

Why is my vacuum bottle leaking?

Check that the silicone straw and sealing ring are properly fitted and sitting flat, the main lid is securely tightened, and the flip-top safety lock is fully closed.

Can I use milk or warm drinks? Is there a temperature limit?

The bottle can be used for warm drinks. To help prevent burns, do not allow children to drink directly through the straw when the contents are above 40°C.

How often should I clean it? Can I use a microwave or steam sterilizer?

Disassemble, clean, and thoroughly dry the bottle after each use. Do not microwave or dishwasher-clean the insulated bottle body or lid parts, or sterilise them by boiling, steam, or UV. The straw can be removed and sterilised separately using boiling, steam, or UV sterilisation.

Is it dishwasher safe?

No. The bottle’s exterior coating and vacuum insulation structure are not suitable for dishwasher cleaning. Hand wash with a mild detergent, and avoid using steel wool or other abrasive cleaning tools on the inner liner.

Is it normal for a small amount of liquid to remain at the bottom?

Yes. A small amount of liquid may remain when the bottle is nearly empty. Gently tilt the bottle to help reduce any liquid left behind.

How can I reduce odours?

Clean the 316L stainless steel inner liner and silicone straw components promptly after use, and allow all parts to dry completely before reassembly or storage.

Are replacement straws available for purchase?

Yes. Replacement straws are available separately to help extend the life of your bottle.
