FAQ

What age is the 300mL Straw Bottle suitable for?

Designed for toddlers aged 12 months and up who are learning to drink independently.

Can my child drink while lying down?

No. This bottle uses a cross-cut straw instead of a weighted straw and is designed for drinking while sitting or standing.

Does my child need to bite the straw tip?

No. Simply place the lips around the straw tip and sip normally. The cross-cut valve opens with suction and does not require biting.

What if my child can't get any water from the bottle?

Make sure the straw is securely connected, the valve is clean and not stuck together or blocked, and all parts are assembled correctly. Start with a small amount of water for practice.

Why is my straw bottle leaking?

Check that the cross-cut valve is intact, the sealing ring is properly fitted, the straw is securely connected, the main lid is tightened, and the flip-top lid is fully closed.

Can I use milk or warm drinks?

Follow the product instructions. Milk or warm drinks may build up pressure inside the bottle. After mixing, slightly loosen the main lid to release pressure before opening the flip-top lid.

How often should I clean it, and how can it be sterilised?

Clean the cup after each use. Disassemble all removable parts, wash thoroughly, and allow them to dry completely. The cup is suitable for boiling, steam, and UV sterilisation.

Is it dishwasher safe?

Yes. This product is dishwasher safe. Top-rack placement is recommended to keep all parts away from the dishwasher’s heating element.

Is it normal for a small amount of liquid to remain at the bottom?

Yes. A small amount of liquid may remain when the bottle is nearly empty. Gently tilt the bottle to help reduce any liquid left behind.

How can I reduce odours?

Clean all parts promptly after use, especially after milk or other beverages, and allow them to dry completely before reassembly or storage.
