OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES
Chance to win more than $200 cash prizes in total
The #StickWithEvorie Contest (the “Contest”) is sponsored by Evorie (the “Sponsor”).
To enter and be eligible to win, a person must be a legal resident of Singapore, and over the age of majority in Singapore (the “Entrant”).
Employees or agents of the Sponsor, or their affiliates, subsidiaries, dealers and distributors, advertising affiliates, promotion agencies, and any persons who are members of those employees’ immediate families, are not eligible to participate in the Contest. Potential winners may be required to furnish proof of identification in the form acceptable by the Sponsor.
The Contest begins at 12:00pm (SGT) Thursday, 1 October 2020 and will end at 23:59pm (SGT) Saturday, 31 October 2020 (the “Contest Period”).
HOW TO PARTICIPATE
To enter the Contest, Entrants must meet all of the following criteria during the Contest Period:
- Follow the Sponsor’s Instagram page (https://www.instagram.com/evoriemoment/)
- Like the Sponsor’s Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/evoriemoment)
- Decorate your Evorie Tritan Bottle/s with stickers of your choice, with the following elements:
- Evorie logo
- Entries using the Sponsor’s printed stickers will have a higher chance of winning; and such stickers are available with every order at www.evoriemoment.com consisting at least an Evorie Tritan Bottle in that order, available from 1 October 2020 onwards.
- Post a picture or a video of your decorated Evorie Tritan Bottle on your public account/s, tagging @evoriemoment on Instagram and/or Facebook, with the following hashtags #StickWithEvorie and #EnjoyEvorieMoment.
- Tag at least another friend to join the Contest in your post caption.
- (OPTIONAL BONUS) You can further personify your decorated Evorie Tritan Bottle with a name to bring out his/her character, and/or present your entry with a storyline featuring the the personalified and decorated Evorie Tritan Bottle (with or without your child/ren being featured together).
By entering the Contest, Entrants agree to accept and abide by the provisions of these Rules, Facebook’s Promotion Guidelines, Instagram’s Promotion Guidelines, and the decisions of the Sponsor, whose decisions shall be final and binding.
ENTRY LIMIT: No limit of online contest entries during the Contest Period, per Account. But each entry must be a unique entry with a different design/personification submitted. Should the Sponsor find any entries to be similar, the final entry/ies accepted by the Sponsor (or not) will be at the sole discretion of the Sponsor.
Entries that do not comply with these Rules will, at the Sponsor’s sole discretion, be disqualified. To be valid, each entry must provide any information requested.
There are a total of five (5) prizes available to be won. The winners will receive the following prizes (the “Prizes”):
First Prize: $100 cash (1 winner)
Second Prize: $50 cash (1 winner)
3x Consolation Prizes: $20 store credits (3 winners)
(with no minimum spend required, on a sales platform of the Sponsor at its final discretion)
The five (5) selected entrants will qualify to win a prize, provided they comply with these rules. The Prizes must be accepted as awarded. Winners of the First and Second Prizes must collect their prizes from the Sponsor. The Consolation Prizes will be delivered by the Sponsor to the winners within Singapore only.
Prizes must be accepted as awarded and are non-assignable, non-transferable, and have no cash surrender value. No substitution or exchange is allowed, except that the Sponsor, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value for any reason.
Prize winner is solely responsible for any and all expenses, taxes, fees, and applicable local taxes relating to the prize.
At the end of the Contest Period, all eligible entries received will be judged by a management panel appointed by the Sponsor.
The Sponsor will notify the selected winners by a direct message on Facebook or Instagram after the Contest Period. The names and entries of any winner will also be posted on the Sponsor’s Facebook and Instagram pages. If the selected Entrant cannot be contacted and verified within twenty-four (24) hours, or the selected Entrant does not comply with these Rules, the selected Entrant will be deemed ineligible and the judging panel will select another winner.
Prizes will only be awarded to selected Entrants after verification of eligibility by the Sponsor.
By entering the Contest and voluntarily providing certain personal information (if so requested or required), Entrants consent to the collection, use and disclosure by the Sponsor of the Entrant’s information and/or entry/ies made, to administer this Contest and for purposes outlined in the Sponsor’s privacy policies.
Acceptance of the prize by a winner constitutes permission for the Sponsor to use a winner’s name, prize won, entry/ies made relating to the Contest, and other likeness of the winner for any and all promotional or business purposes without further compensation, except where prohibited by law.
The Contest and these Rules shall be governed by and construed under the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict of laws principles. All Entrants expressly agree that any claims relating to this contest must be resolved in Singapore, and hereby waive the jurisdiction of any other court that now or in the future could be considered competent for any reason.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
By participating, each Entrant agrees that the Sponsor, their affiliates, subsidiaries, dealers and distributors, advertising affiliates and promotion agencies, officers, directors, employees and shareholders (“Sponsor Entities”) are not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate entry information, human error, failures, omissions or for anything, including but not limited to, the errors in advertising, these Rules, the selection and announcement of winners or distribution of any prizes, resulting from the participation in this Contest.
By accepting a prize, the winner releases the Sponsor and the Sponsor Entities from any and all liability and responsibility with respect to the prize (including, without limitation, any property loss, damage, personal injury, death, rights of publicity or privacy, defamation, whether intentional or unintentional) arising out of or in connection with the receipt, ownership, or use of a prize.
Subject to applicable law, the Sponsor reserves the right to amend, cancel, terminate or suspend the Contest (in whole or in part) if for any reason the Contest cannot be run as planned, including but not limited to: an error, technical problem, computer virus, bug, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failure or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of Sponsor that interferes with the proper conduct of this Contest as contemplated by these Rules, or the odds of winning, without providing any prior notice.
All entries, made and submitted by any participant also tagged to @evoriemoment and/or hashtagged #StickWithEvorie, become the property of the Sponsor and constitute permission for the Sponsor to use for any and all promotional or business purposes without further compensation.
No communication will take place with Entrants, except the Entrant(s) selected as the potential winners.
